Our approach to discipline is rooted in empathy and guidance—not punishment. We don’t use time-outs. Instead, we take time to talk with children, explain safety rules, and help them understand how to care for themselves and others. Through patience and modeling, we guide children as they learn to be kind, take turns, share, and build positive relationships.
